Brief 6 - Reel magazine

Background

For OUGD301, I created a magazine entitled 'Reel' that showcased and celebrated the best of film and the film industry, regardless of genre, age or budget. As I already have a complete brand, this brief will comprise primarily of a second edition of the magazine alongside a website and application. The brief will allow me to explore type and layout, book binding and production and interactive media.

Why I chose this brief —

Opportunity to reflect on 1st edition and identity what is in need of change
Contacting printers and ultimately producing industry standard printed publications
Opportunity to explore web design and other interactive media (app design)
Research led - Links to dissertation and research will benefit both aspects
