Brief 2 - Lookbook test

I also started to generate some initial lookbook cover tests using the stock I sourced. Rebekah was happy with the concertina style format so it was a case of experimenting with the cover design. She requested a minimal design to ensure focus was on her clothing range. For the final book, she wants an A5 format (in height) so this will ultimately be larger.

I noticed that when printing out the covers, black on stock, that I could cut out the mark used as her logo to reveal a colour or image underneath. It was simple enough to cut out myself and I think it adds another depth that can't be achieved through black print — in addition, Rebekah uses laser cutting within her work therefore this is also a subtle reference to the processes she uses.
